Nurses To Engage In 24-Hour Prayer On Friday

The Trinidad and Tobago Registered Nurses Association (TTRNA) is fed up with sending letters and making representation for their members to be appointed to permanent positions, with no real headway being made.

This, from Association President Idi Stuart who says it’s time to go to a Higher Power for help.

This coming Friday, the Association, is calling on all nurses to spend 24 hours in prayer.

Mr. Stuart said despite the Prime Minister’s acknowledgment that there is a permanent establishment for nurses, several nurses have been retained on a continuous temporary basis.
