Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley, through a statement in the House of Representatives on Wednesday afternoon, sought to bring transparency to the firearm licensing regime in Trinidad and Tobago.
He responded to allegations of rampant corruption and malpractices relating to the issuance of Firearms Users Licenses, variations, and Firearms Import Permits.
