From February 1st, the Tobago Regional Office of the Town and Country Planning Division will eliminate paper applications and accept planning permission applications online via the DevelopTT e-Service.
DevelopTT, the online application permitting system, will serve the entire planning region labelled T9 from this date. The e-Service allows applicants to submit either an Outline or Planning Permission Application digitally for the planning region.
The T9 region captures the entire island from Crown Point to Charlotteville.
The following agencies will also be connected through the DevelopTT online service in Tobago:

•Land Management- Office of the Chief Secretary
•Planning Unit- Office of the Chief Secretary
•Division of Infrastructure
•County Medical Office Health -Tobago
•Division of Health- Public Health
