A call for Christian Churches to unite to fight the scourge of crime throughout Trinidad and Tobago.
The call is being led by Pastor Carlton Armstrong of Revival and Restoration Ministries in Chaguanas.
A Non Profit Organisation “We Rise To The Call In 2024” is uniting local pastors across Trinidad and Tobago. This initiative fosters collaboration among diverse denominations to address social issues and inspire community engagement. The group held a Breakfast Meeting at the Radisson Hotel ‘Unleashing the Power of Unity’ on Thursday. Pastor Armstrong says with approximately 53 murders a month in Trinidad and Tobago, it is time for action.
Pastor Armstrong says it’s time for spiritual leaders to wake up and understand the weight of the responsibility that is upon them. He believes the church is a powerful place and there is nothing that cannot be accomplished if they just unite.
