Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley has denied meeting with any Government officials in Barbados whilst visiting the country last weekend to discuss the alleged abduction of Brent Thomas.
During Urgent Questions in the House of Representatives on Wednesday, Dr. Rowley was asked to state whether he did so, in light of the Ministerial statement delivered by the Attorney General of Barbados in a Barbadian Parliament session on Tuesday.
Barbadian AG Dale Marshall denied knowledge of the incident before it appeared in the media last week. He said Barbados’ Prime Minister Mia Mottley also did not know about the incident.
