PM Urges Men To Get Their Prostate Checked

While Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley said he didn’t have a “clean bill of health,” he confirmed that he received reasonably good reports from the medical tests he completed within the past few weeks.

Following Dr. Rowley’s attendance at the Summit of the Americas in June, the Prime Minister stayed in Los Angeles to complete those tests.

During Saturday’s Press Conference, Dr. Rowley revealed he also had a few “prostate scares” but he admitted his tests yielded good results. Dr. Rowley encouraged men to get their prostate checked and treated early.

The Prime Minister was speaking at the VIP Lounge of the Piarco International Airport before departing for Suriname to attend the 43rd Regular Meeting of the Conference Heads of Government of CARICOM.
