The People’s National Movement (PNM) has begun its Back To School Distribution Drive to lend assistance to the most vulnerable students in all 41 constituencies.
Its Welfare Committee, led by Maxine Richards, started the drive for representatives from the various constituencies to collect school bags, stationery, and vouchers for booklists for both Primary and Secondary students.
Ms. Richards said the annual drive is one that always brings joy to budding students in need.
Councillor for Northern Port of Spain, Abena Hartley, said the Back To School Distribution Drive is one that continues to play a role in supporting the transition of students from one year to the next.
