Police are actively investigating a robbery at Massy Stores, St. Ann’s on Sunday.
Massy Stores, via a media release, confirms that the robbery at their St Ann’s location on Sunday is currently under investigation by the police, with full cooperation from Massy Stores.
Massy Stores says affected employees are receiving the requisite care as the health and safety of their team and customers is priority.
Massy Stores says since the incident is the subject of an ongoing police investigation, no further details are available at this time.
The St. Ann’s branch of Massy Stores reopened today from 7am.
According to police reports, at around 6:20am on Sunday, five men, with their faces covered, entered the compound and tied up five employees. The men later escaped with an undisclosed sum of money.
