Young women in Tobago were given the opportunity to learn etiquette skills through “Polished”, a community-based refinement program for girls.
The program which was facilitated by The Etiquette School of the Caribbean was done in collaboration with the Tobago West constituency office and catered to girls of Signal Hill Secondary School and environs.
