Port of Spain Anti-Crime Plan ‘Operation D.E.E.R.’ Launched

The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service says when entering the city of Port of Spain you better be nice.

Their Christmas anti-crime plan D.E.E.R. was launched on the Brian Lara Promenade earlier today.
