President Paula-Mae Weekes has broken her silence on the matter involving the Police Service Commission and the appointment of the Commissioner of Police.
In a full-page newspaper advertisement on Sunday, President Weekes said neither she nor her office interfered in the process of selecting a Commissioner of Police.
Meanwhile, Political Leader of the Movement for Social Justice (MSJ) David Abdulah says constitutional reform is the answer to ensure issues like the current PSC Matter does not reoccur. He is also calling on the former Chair of the Police Service Commission to make a public statement.
