The community of Belmont can now access counselling and other developmental services through “Project Phoenix.”
The project, which was launched today, is a collaboration between the Councillor for Belmont East, Nicole Young, and the Victim and Witness Support Unit of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS).
