The Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC) services from San Fernando will resume from this afternoon.
This following a disruption in services on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, PTSC alerted commuters of “illegitimate industrial action” taken by the Transport Industrial Workers Union (TIWU). PTSC said as a result, it experienced disruptions to its operations and scheduled services out of the San Fernando depot. It also advised commuters to seek alternative travel arrangements for the day.
Following a meeting between management and TIWU on Wednesday, the drivers agreed to resume their service.
