Red Force Vs Barbados Pride – Day 2 Round Up

The Barbados Pride continues to be in charge of their round four match versus the T&T Red Force at the Queen’s Park Oval in St. Clair.

Beginning the day on 40 without loss, the T&T Red Force bowlers did well to capture five early wickets to keep the visitors at bay. However, Zachary McCaskie was careful and patient in his approach to the Red Force’s 206 first innings total, facing 197 balls for his 92 before being dismissed. Barbados was eventually bowled out one hour before the close of play for 271.

Imran Khan bagged 4 wickets for 86 runs, while pacer Anderson Phillip assisted with 3 for 80. The Red Force returned to the crease with a continuation of their batting struggles, losing both openers with just 8 runs on the board. At stumps on Day Two, the Red Force are 31 for 2 after 15 overs moving into Day Three.
