Regional Four Day Championship – Red Force Under Early Pressure At Tarouba

The Cricket West Indies Regional Four Day Championship Round 4 bowled off today at three venues in Trinidad.

At the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba, the T&T Red Force had a meagre start to their game, being dismissed minutes away from the tea break for 133. At one point, the T&T Senior Men were reeling at 50 for 5 with 100 seeming far off. Imran Khan top scored with 29 and Terrence Hinds was second best with 25. Spinner Jomel Warrican bagged 3 for 21.

Barbados, seeking 134 to begin their lead, lost their first wicket with the score on 29, then their second on 34, both wickets falling to Terrence Hinds. However, the recovery took place and Barbados are in full command at stumps Day 1 on 87 for 2 trail by 46 runs.
