The Ministry of Youth Development and National Service (MYDNS) kick-started it’s first Retiree Adolescent Partnership Programme or (RAPP) which will enable young people between the ages of ten and seventeen years to receive mentorship from retired professionals in various academic subjects of sport, culture, art and psychology.
