Tobago’s market vendors will have an opportunity to boost their sales, following complaints about slow sales during the Christmas period.
This information comes from the Division of Food Security, Natural Resources, the Environment, and Sustainable Development.
Earlier this week, vendors expressed to TTT News that more efforts are needed to advertise their products in order to attract customers.
We reached out to the Division’s Secretary, Nathisha Charles-Pantin, who informed us that a Christmas Extravaganza will take place at the market on Friday.
She shared a flyer detailing that the event will feature vendor promotions, games, and giveaways.
Secretary Charles-Pantin further explained … if the vendors have individual requests they can share their promotions with the marketing staff, who can assist with advertising.
