Tobago Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers Association Bradon Roberts said plans made to relocate the Scarborough Secondary School have seemed to be halted. Mr Roberts, speaking on TTT’s NOW Morning Programme on Thursday, noted that plans have been placed in the public space and funds allocated in the budget for the new building over many years.
