As of Friday January 3rd, 2025, seven new dengue cases were recorded in Tobago.
The THA Division of Health, Wellness and Social Protection informed that on July 5th, 2024 the first laboratory case in Tobago was reported. To date, there has been 202 laboratory confirmed cases and no dengue-related deaths on the island.
The Division reminded citizens that the Aedes Aegypti mosquito continues to be a concern and urged citizens to keep their surroundings clean.
