Acting Fire Sub-Officer attached to the Fire Prevention Department of the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Service, Jude Rogers, says with some added technological advancements, smoke alarms are now effective in assisting the visually and hearing-impaired and disabled population.
He spoke to TTT News at the Launch of Fire Prevention Week on Sunday.
