As the race heats for December 6th’s Tobago House of Assembly elections, all eyes are on particular marginal seats.
In January 25th’s THA elections, these saw close numbers moving some to request recounts. One such is the Bethel/New Grange seat. This time around, three candidates are contesting this district.
