Chairman of the Tobago Mas Band Leaders Association, Dianne Mc Crimmon, has deemed Tobago’s National Carnival production a success.
With a showing of pretty and mud mas, several J’ouvert celebrations and traditional mas productions over the Carnival period, she believes Tobago represented well.
