Volunteers from across Tobago embarked on a beach clean up exercise earlier this week as part of a new initiative.
The initiative was spearheaded by Secretary for Food Security, Natural Resources, the Environment and Sustainable Development Nathisha Charles-Pantin.
Secretary Charles-Pantin said she was pleased with the response, adding that the beach-clean up exercise was also rolled out in commemoration of World Wetlands Day.
