Tobago Chamber Calls on Government To Set Date For Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination

The Tobago Business Chamber is calling on Government to set a date, as early as January 2022, for mandatory vaccination of the public.

These are among the suggestions President of the Chamber, Martin George, said Government must consider in an effort to revitalise the private sector in Tobago.

Mr. George said Government should also lift the restrictions on beaches as many Trinidadians want access when they visit for vacation.

He also called for the removal of VAT on all goods and services in Tobago.

Mr. George said Government should also repeal the Foreign Investment Act and allow direct foreign investment on the island.
