Tobago’s Carnival calendar of events kicked off on Thursday with the Tobago House of Assembly’s Annual Inter-Department Carnival Competition.
Representatives of Divisions of the THA and State Entities brought the Carnival spirit to the Parade Grounds in Bacolet, competing in calypso and personality categories.
