We cannot relax. This was the message sent from Secretary for Health, Wellness and Social Protection at Wednesday’s Post Executive Media Briefing.
Dr. Faith B. Yisreal responded to the recent talks of COVID-19 being now classified as an endemic. The Health Secretary urged citizens to not drop their hands as the virus is unpredictable while she compared last year’s predicament.
At Wednesday’s Health Briefing, Minister of Health Terrence Deyalsingh informed Trinidad and Tobago has not yet entered the endemic phase of the virus but the Government is preparing for that reality.
