Former government Minister and Member of Parliament for Port of Spain South, Marlene McDonald epitomized the spirit of Port of Spain South….a sentiment shared by government and opposition MP’s during their tributes in the House of Representatives on Wednesday.
Ms McDonald passed away on Friday after ailing for some time.
