Trinidad and Tobago will host the 1st Caribbean Regional Conference on Water Loss from March 21st to 23rd and is expected to attract over 150 participants from the region.
During the feature address at the Commissioning of Equipment for Disaster Preparedness on Wednesday, Minister of Public Utilities, Marvin Gonzales, revealed this highly specialised conference will address the burning issue of sustainably and significantly reducing water loss among Caribbean countries.
The Conference will be hosted by the Ministry of Public Utilities, the International Water Association, the Water Loss Specialist Group of the Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association, and the Water and Sewerage Authority.
