T&T To Receive More Visitors From St. Lucia And Europe

Trinidad and Tobago is expecting increased visitor arrivals from St. Lucia and Europe.

According to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts, British Airways will be adding an additional day in its four times weekly service from London Gatwick to Trinidad, via St. Lucia.

British Airways began its service from London to Trinidad with a stop in St. Lucia on January 24th.

During the month of February, the airline will fly four days per week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

From March 27th, the airline will add a Thursday flight to its weekly service.

Also Effective on March 27th, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will continue its service from Amsterdam into Port of Spain.

Because the European market typically favours Tobago, Line Minister Randall Mitchell sees opportunities for collaboration and co-marketing as a dual island destination.
