As the UN Climate Change Conference comes closer, at least one stakeholder is very concerned about what he says is the lack of consultation from Government for his sector.
President of the Trinidad and Tobago Automotive Dealers Association (TTADA), Visham Babwah, says that while environmentally green, moving to electric cars is a costly proposition.
Mr. Babwah says the input of his organisation is something not to be underestimated, as over the years they have acquired great expertise.
He says that to move from internal combustion engines to electric without a transition period could bring problems.
