Carnival events throughout the year!! According to President of the Trinidad and Tobago Carnival Bands Association (TTCBA), Rosalind Gabriel, this is how she and others hope the festival will be planned moving forward.
Ms. Gabriel adds that these events might be organised on a bi-monthly or quarterly cycle.
The TTCBA President says the smaller Carnival bands need this type of activity, especially with the absence of Carnival events for the last two years.
