In an effort to reduce the instances of gang activity and empowering persons within 12 communities across Trinidad and Tobago, the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS), in collaboration with the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) and the United States Embassy, officially launched the GRACE programme of activities on Wednesday.
