The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service is urging citizens to be more cautious, especially in the lead up to the Christmas period.
Head of the Central Division, Acting Senior Superintendent Curt Simon, says he has witnessed that people have become victims of crime, that could have been easily avoided.
He believes citizens need to be more vigilant around this time.
Superintendent Simon assures that there will be an adequate amount of officers on duty as well as patrols during the Christmas period.
