The Tobago Branch of the Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers’ Association is not satisfied with the state of schools on the island.
TTUTA Tobago Officer, Bradon Roberts, said although physical school has resumed for Forms 4-6, many issues still exist. Mr. Roberts visited Secondary Schools on the Western end of Tobago on Monday.
The TTUTA Tobago Officer said while he understands the current Tobago House of Assembly administration has recently assumed duties, there is no room for a honeymoon period. He added, however, that he remains optimistic that the issues would be addressed.
Mr. Roberts informed that he is scheduled to meet with the Education Secretary and her team soon where these matters would be outlined.
