It’s a call you don’t ever want to get – your house is on fire. But that’s just what happened to a Gasparillo mother and son on Sunday night.
Ms. Mohammed says she has been living at 42 Caratal Road for the past 19 years but since November last year she wasn’t able to sleep in the house due to a landslip.
Ms. Mohammed says she will accept any assistance she can get to put a roof back over her head.
On Monday, officials from the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Management visited the site and provided a mattress and other items for the family.
