The people of St. Lucia have an opportunity to move from being savers to financial investors, according to Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), Timothy Antoine.
He was speaking at the launch of the Unit Trust Corporation’s UTC Global Balanced Fund Limited in St. Lucia, which will offer an accessible and affordable way for citizens to maximise their funds.
