The University of the West Indies’ Blood Donor Foundation held its 24th Voluntary Blood Drive on Saturday at the Mount Hope Hospital ahead of World Blood Donor Day on June 14th.
Chairman of the Foundation Dr. Kenneth Charles said one of the objectives of the exercise is to collect a pool of blood donations from which people can access when in need.
