The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) has all crews engaged to address several challenges to the water supply across Trinidad.
Several challenges were itemised such as reduced production in Diego Martin and environs, a broken 8-inch main at LP#333 in Moruga and other issues in Paramin Well Number 7.
WASA Director of Operations, Shaira Ali, also outlined the impact of high silt build-up in the intake channel at the North Oropouche Plant.
Customers are also advised to utilise the WASA APP or the portal on the authority’s website. All this while managing their supply efficiently until their supply is restored by WASA.
