The Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Water and Sewerage Authority, Kelvin Romain, says the Authority is working toward bringing back normal operations in communities affected by flooding.
He also highlighted the challenges with the North Oropouche Water Treatment Plant, and the plans going forward during a Press Conference on Wednesday.
